Welcome to "Art of War"! "Art of War" is a new initiative effected within the framework of the Project "Afghan War 1979-1998". Since the recent past we have been shelled with letters full of disappointment and reproach, with things like "To think there are no vets in the country but you "Afghan" guys. I was over in Abkhazia (Chechnya, Nagorny Karabakh, Tajikistan etc) doing what, living it up?" running throughout. Now that the "Art of War" has been finalised, things have worked out right. The main goal of this initiative is to have the former Soviet Union veterans of the post WW2 wars speak up. You too might have a story or two to make public in relation to the topic.
